PRESCHOOL TEACHERS

Job Description:
  1. Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
  2. Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
  3. Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
  4. Encourage children to interact with each other.
  5. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
  6. Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe 
  7. Track children's progress and report to parents
  8. Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background.
  9. Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Skills Required:
  1. Interested to work as Preschool Teacher
  2. Warm, friendly, and patient with children
  3. Understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
  4. Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
  5. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  6. Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
  7. Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
  8. Qualifications: Any UG/PG.
Work Time:

CENTRE DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities:
Profit & Loss Responsibility:
The Centre Director will work with the Flintoclass headquarter to create their own operating budgets; financial forecasting; revenue and expenses management; payroll management; ensuring financial profitability and long-term sustainability of the centre.
The Centre Director must:
  1. Ensure the implementation of Flintoclass policies and procedures pertinent to operations, safety, and training
  2. Maintain records essential for control and evaluation; timely reporting to the Central Operations Team
  3. Engage in active listening with parents in order to build relationships; understand an individual's goals an interests; take the initiative to assist them in achieving them.
  4. Ensure the highest level of compliance management and safety requirements.
People Management:
  1. As the leader of the centre, the Centre Director is expected to
  2. identify the needs of the staff at the centre
  3. adhere to the Flintoclass protocol to recruit, interview, hire staff,
  4. coordinate and/or provide staff orientation to educators and caregivers
  5. direct, guide, and motivate the educators and caregivers, enabling them to perform at their best.
  6. conduct timely performance evaluations of the staff; provide them with assistance for their professional growth and development.
Marketing & Communication:
The location of each preschool is unique and so are its marketing initiatives. The Centre Director is responsible for understanding the nature of the demographic and neighbourhood. They must come up with location-specific marketing initiatives to drive the footfalls and admissions.
Research & Development:
Flintoclass believes in designing and delivering a high-quality early learning program. Such a program cannot be designed in isolation. The Centre Director plays a vital role in understanding the effectiveness of the program and provide valuable inputs.
Skills Required:
The Centre Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of a centre while demonstrating exceptional leadership, professional conduct for delivering a high-quality, high-impact early childhood program. Specifically, the responsibilities include but are not limited to the implementation of Flintoclass early learning methodology, preschool management, marketing and communication, financial management, and recruitment of staff.

The Centre Director will have to function with a great degree of autonomy and independence. They will be required to make informed and high-impact decisions about the day-to-day and long-term issues related to the centre. In short, the Centre Director will function as a leader of the centre, a teacher of teachers.

BTL MARKETING

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  1. Events planning, organization and execution
  2. End-to-end execution of hyper-local brand visibility activities and outdoor branding (hoardings,pamphlets, stalls, etc)
  3. Oversee and approve marketing material, from hoardings and banners to hard copy brochures and pamphlets
  4. Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions
  5. Gain consumer insights, research the TG, stay updated with trends
  6. Drive effective product positioning in the market
  7. Strong management of the budget for promotional and performance initiatives
  8. Set up meetings with client decision-makers and plan approaches and pitches
  9. Analyze consumer engagement data to determine ROI for each initiative
  10. Market research, and competitor analysis to measure the success of recent campaigns
Skills Required:
As the BTL - Marketing Executive, you will need to monitor marketing trends, ensure brand visibility and performance, create marketing plans, and new innovations and execute comprehensive on-the-ground campaign strategies to increase awareness of the product to relevant audiences -- keeping in mind the vision and mission of the company.
